1. Fun with shapes: Pepperoni pizzas
There are many ways to have fun decorating your pizza. Try these cut-out creations that range from simple to difficult.

Pizza decorating is an easy and fun activity for kids that also gets them involved in food-prep and let’s them become a mini-chef. Let each child roll out the dough to create their own crust. Then have them spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese and make faces out of pepperoni and any other veggies that you might want to add. Older kids can try using metal cookie cutters to cut hearts and other fun shapes out of pepperoni.
To make these fun food crafts all you need is your favourite premade pizza dough (substitute for mini bagels for emoji pizzas), pizza sauce, shredded Mozzarella cheese and one package individually sliced pepperoni.
For large happy face pizza, preheat oven to 450˚F and bake for 12 minutes.
For mini heart shaped pizzas, preheat oven to 550˚F and bake for 5-10 minutes.
For mini emoji bagel pizzas preheat oven to 425˚F and bake just until cheese is melted and pepperoni browns, approximately 6 minutes.

2. Magic Potion
Create a special, fizzy magic potion that kids will love. Simply place one gummy bear, gummy worm or your child’s favourite gummy into an empty ice cube tray and fill with cranberry juice. When the ice cubes are set, remove and add to a clear cup. Fill the cup with Sprite. Watch as the ice dissolves, your potion changes colour and gummy bears magically appear ready to be gulped up (or picked out by tiny fingers!).
Alternatively, for a less sugary concoction fill your ice cube tray with soda water and gummies. Then add the ice-trapped gummies into a full glass of cranberry juice.

3. Mini Pepperoni and Turkey Bite Buddies
The only necessary ingredients here are mini pepperonis, turkey or kolbassa bites, toothpicks and condiments. Grab some tortilla wraps, coloured peppers, parsley springs and pineapple, and your favourite condiments (mustard works well). Go wild creating a host of friendly faces and colourful animals to feast upon later.
