1st degree and attempted murder charges for woman in parking lot incident Sunday: Windsor Police


Windsor Police have charged a 24-year-old woman with first degree murder and attempted murder in relation to an incident which took place at a downtown parking lot Sunday.

Shortly after 3 am on August 3, officers investigated after a car driven by the accused struck two males in the City of Windsor parking lot at Wyandotte Street West and Pelissier Street. Both male victims were transported to hospital for treatment of their injuries.

On Thursday, August 7, one of the male victims succumbed to his injuries.

As a result, Windsor Police have charged Deanna Gamblin, 24, with one count of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder.
